MOUNT MOCHO:

This mountain is often talked about as "la olla", meaning the pot. This is because of the crater looking "hole" on top of the mountain. With a height of 1000 meters, and bordering the fjords of the ultima Esperanza, Mocho is known for its enchanting surroundings. Beautiful lakes, untouched valleys and other impressive peaks equal an incredible panorama. Being one of the closest mountains to Puerto Natales, it is a perfect single day trip. Starting early in the morning gives us all the time we need to climb up and enjoy the summit.

DON'T FORGET:

Even though it is a one day trek don't forget we are in Patagonia. This means you have to be ready for any kind of weather. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen but also a rain jacket and a warm layer.
